Welcome to ARLANXEO WeChat Mini-Site (hereinafter referred to as this “Platform”). ARLANXEO respect personal privacy of every user. For this purpose, this Privacy Notice provides you an overview on the purpose, method and scope for the collection, processing and using of your Personal Data (as defined below), sharing your Personal Data to with a domestic third party or cross-board transferring your Personal Data, and to whom we may share your Personal Data, how we protect your Personal Data, how long we retain it, and the rights you have and obligations you will assume, etc.. ARLANXEO refers to ARLANXEO High Performance Elastomers (Changzhou) Co., Ltd., a corporation established and existing under the law of People’s Republic of China and all its branches, subsidiaries and affiliates within China. Affiliates refer to companies registered in China which directly or indirectly control or are controlled by or under the common control or ownership of a third party or have other relationship of interest with ARLANXEO High Performance Elastomers (Changzhou) Co., Ltd.

Your Personal Data may be transferred (including cross-border transmission) to ARLANXEO's affiliated companies or authorized third parties outside China (including service providers of ARLANXEO Holding B.V. which is located in Netherlands or its affiliated companies), or accessed by such companies or authorized third parties. However, we only conduct such operations to the extent permitted by applicable Chinese laws.

5.Retention and Retention Period

We retain your Personal Data for as long as required to satisfy the purpose for which they were used, unless a longer period is necessary for our compliance with law and regulations or to exercise or defend a legal claim in legal proceedings.

• Right to quit: If you do not want to receive any message pushed by this Platform, you have the right to quit this Platform by unfollowing it. However, your quitting of this Platform does not means that all your Personal Data collected by this Platform pursuant to this Privacy Notice will be automatically deleted. If you would like your Personal Data to be deleted by us, please contact privacy@arlanxeo.com.

In the event your Personal Data is processed on the basis of your consent, you can withdraw your consent at any time by sending an email to privacy@arlanxeo.com specifying your request. However, your withdrawal shall not affect the lawfulness of the processing based on your consent before its withdrawal.

Please note we may contact you when we are processing your request to delete your Personal Data and update our database. Please provide necessary assistance and cooperate with us to implement your aforesaid request to delete your Personal Data.
